The 9th International Congress on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific was convened from 9 to 13 August 2009 in Bali, Indonesia. More than 5,000 representatives from 78 countries and areas attended the conference to exchange experience on HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment and work out related strategies.
A paper entitled the Project to Integrate HIV/AIDS Prevention with RH/FP Service Has Benefited the Floating Population by Huicheng District Population and Family Planning Commission was accepted by the Conference. Mr. Qiu Sufang, Director of Huicheng District Population and Family Planning Commission attended the Conference as representative of HIV/AIDS prevention project under China/UNFPA Country Programme Six and had friendly exchanges with other international representatives.
